Last week, Nintendo announced the release dates of several Game Boy Advance classics headed to the Wii U Virtual Console. While the first title won’t be available until this Thursday, we already know of a couple more Game Boy Advance games coming to the service in the near future. Australia’s Classification Board has reviewed Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow and F-Zero: GP Legend, with Nintendo listed as the publisher of both titles. That means that an official announcement should be expected soon.
Nintendo fans should certainly be excited for the announcement of Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow. The title was met with strong critical acclaim when it released, and this is the first time it’s been available in almost a decade. What’s more, it’s also the first third party title announced for the Game Boy Advance Virtual Console. Hopefully it’s a sign of more to come.
We don’t currently know release dates for either title, but as usual, stay tuned to Nintendojo where we’ll have more information as it develops!
