While it was announced a little while back, we’ve been negligent in bringing to your attention that Little Dragon’s Café is coming to Nintendo Switch this summer! Check out the reveal trailer below:

As you can see, the game is about a twin brother and sister who are trying their hardest to learn how to run their mother’s café. All is well until the mother falls into a deep sleep and the kids must learn to manage the place on their own. To complicate things a bit, a mysterious old man announces to the duo that in order for their mother to awaken once more… they need to raise a dragon!

Little Dragon’s Café comes from the mind of Yasuhiro Wada, who fans might know as the father of Harvest Moon (as well as Happy Birthday’s, which is also coming to Switch!). His love of simulation is once more at the forefront in this game, as players will need to manage resources in the café, grow ingredients, learn new recipes, and work to make the people around them happy in order to boost the café’s popularity. Oh, and raise a dragon. Mustn’t forget that!

Along with the standard edition of the game, there’s also a Limited Edition coming along for the ride. Clocking in at $79.99, there’s quite a bit to look forward to in the package, including:

  • A copy of Little Dragon’s Café
  • 9-inch baby dragon plush
  • 18 collectible character cards
  • Soundtrack CD
  • Collectible box

Little Dragon’s Café is anticipated to drop on August 24. Are you stoked to give it a try? Let us know your thoughts in the comments and on social media!
