You might recall that last week it was revealed that Nintendo and Microsoft would be bringing Jet Force Gemini to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack at some point in December. As we awaited word on when that day would be, a rather pleasant surprise was unloaded upon fans: Jet Force Gemini wasn’t going to be alone. It turns out that two additional games would be coming in December, as well. What’s more, they’re all available—right now! Take a look:
Here are the three games that have been added:
- 1080º Snowboarding
- Harvest Moon 64
- Jet Force Gemini
This trio is available to anyone with an active Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription. It’s a nice surprise to see Nintendo put an extra three games onto the service, especially given how slow software tends to trickle onto Switch Online in general. This is also a very high quality batch of games to enjoy. Harvest Moon 64 brought the farming sim series into 3D for the first time and has an endearing cast with addictive, farming/foraging gameplay. 1080º Snowboarding boasts tight controls as players careen through gnarly powder. And Jet Force Gemini, meanwhile, is an exceptional third-person shooter (and an unusually bloody game for a Nintendo title).
