With just over a month to go until the June 28 release date of Super Mario Maker 2, there’s still quite a bit we don’t know about the Switch sequel. While it seemed a safe bet that Nintendo would give the game a bit of focus at E3, it looks like the company will pull back the curtain just a little bit earlier!
This morning, Nintendo announced a Nintendo Direct focused exclusively on the upcoming title. It will be interesting to see if Nintendo announces assets from additional Mario games, or perhaps a North American release for that awesome steelbook Europe is getting!
Fans won’t have to wait long to see what’s in store! The Direct will air May 15 at 3 PM PT, and will last approximately 15 minutes. Stay tuned to Nintendojo for coverage!
