In a little over a week, Nintendo will be kicking off a global beta for Splatoon 2, the anticipated Switch followup to the phenomenally popular Wii U shooter. Eager fans can already download the Testfire demo from Switch’s eShop, and now they’ll have an idea of what to expect when the event begins next weekend on March 24.
As with the first Splatoon Testfire, the Splatoon 2 global demo will pit two teams of four players in a Turf War on two stages — Musselforge Fitness and The Reef — which will be chosen at random prior to each round. Players can choose from four weapons during the demo, including remixed variations of the Splat Roller and Charger, as well as the new Splat Dualies.
The Splatoon 2 Global Testfire will take place on March 24-26 and will only be available during specific, hour-long blocks, which are listed above. Are you planning on taking part in the Testfire next weekend? Let us know in the comments!
