Looks like Mario’s little brother is doing all right for himself.

On the week ending March 24, Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon debuted at number one on Japan’s video game sales charts. It narrowly beat out One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 for the PS3. This could possibly bode well for those of us who are fans of this franchise and want to see it get the proper respect that it deserves.

Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon was released in North America on March 24, so we have yet to see just how well it has done over here.
