Kirby is 30. Yes, somehow three decades have passed since the 1992 Game Boy launch of Kirby’s Dream Land. It’s quite the milestone for one of Nintendo’s most beloved characters, and the company isn’t going to let it pass without at least a small amount of acknowledgement. Along with the upcoming release of Kirby in the Forgotten Land in March, the company has also whipped up a 30th anniversary website and a free wallpaper for fans to download:

The website it pretty interesting, offering a nice look back at Kirby’s games, the character and his allies, and much more. Hopefully this won’t be the end of Kirby celebrations in 2022—we’ll be sure to let you know if more is planned as soon as we find out more.
