Would it have killed Nintendo to play this DURING their conference for all to see? That way, we could have gotten a peek at post-“Launch Window” games. This is actually a pretty decent trailer.
I think they showed a shortened version of it during the middle of the presser, just before the mini segment about 3DS, but it got rather lost in the shuffle. My live feed went down at that point and only came back on again when it got to Mass Effect 3, but as you say, it’s actually a pretty good line up of games! Just a shame we didn’t see more of the third party titles in the press conference itself!
Finally going to play Batman Arkham city and Mess effect. Since I strictly play only Nintendo games. I am going to be a little loss here story wise. But, what is missing from that list is Resident Evil 5 and/or 6. Even if RE5 is old that didn’t stop them porting RE4 to PS2 when Nintendo had it first on GameCube.
I think we’ll see lots of ports during Wii U’s lifecycle, especially given the existence of the Wii U Pro Controller. It couldn’t make ports any easier! Hopefully Resi 5 & 6 will make their way over too.
