Switch’s success has proven magnetic to developers and publishers looking to bring their games to its ever-growing user base. The next game continuing this trend is a sequel to Urban Trial Freestyle, a motorcycle trick racing game originally released on 3DS in 2013 by developer Tate Multimedia.
The new game, Urban Trial Playground, moves the action to locations inspired by the streets and beaches of Southern California while also evolving the gameplay. This time around, players will be able to independently control both front and rear brakes for an increased variety of tricks and maneuvers. Playground features over 50 levels along with five upgradeable bikes and the option to customize your rider. In addition to single player Freestyle, Time Trial, and Ghost modes, you can also compete with a second player thanks to split-screen multiplayer.
Urban Trial Freestyle releases exclusively on Switch on April 5. Pricing has yet to be confirmed, so stay on the lookout for that in the near future.
