11 bit studios and Deep Silver announced earlier this week that when This War of Mine arrives on Switch, it will be the Complete Edition, with all past and future DLC included free of charge.
This War of Mine, originally released in 2014, is a war-time survival game inspired by the effects of war on Bosnian civilians during the 1992-96 Siege of Sarajevo. It tasks players with helping a group of civilians to survive in a makeshift shelter in a war-torn city.
The game was announced for Switch back in August but we now know that Nintendo fans will get all DLC released so far — “Father’s Promise”, “The Little Ones” and “War Child” (the latter of which is one of the games currently raising money for the UK charity War Child). It was also confirmed that this version of the game will get all upcoming DLC free of charge.
This War of Mine will be available on the Switch eShop from November 27.
