Announced back in October of 2021 for a spring 2022 release, Min Min, Alex, and Steve’s immortalization in plastic as official Super Smash Bros. amiibo have been hotly anticipated ever since. However, Nintendo had a bit of good news, bad news for fans. Here’s the good news: Min Min is coming on April 29. The bad news: no Steve and Alex until later this year.
The Steve & Alex #SmashBros #amiibo were previously announced to launch in spring 2022. However, due to a logistics and production delay, unfortunately the release timing has been delayed to later in 2022. pic.twitter.com/388tqS5XQd

The delay for the pair of Minecraft amiibo is being accredited to “logistical and production” delays. Hopefully it won’t be too long of a wait, but the two figurines are, at this point, set to hit stores at some point later this year.
Will you be picking up Min Min? What’s your plan to get ahead of the scalpers? Tell us down in the comments!
