Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum ‘n’ Fun! recently launched on Nintendo Switch in Japan, but it’s been confirmed that the game will also release in North America and Europe November 2.
The Joy-Cons will be used as drumsticks to mimic the arcade-style gameplay the series is known for using motion controls. Unfortunately, the drum controller that released alongside the game in Japan does not seem to be coming to North America alongside it. Regardless, the game has 20 multiplayer rhythm-based minigames that can be played with up to four people, and in Rhythm Games Mode players can play as popular characters from Nintendo franchises, including a Squid from the Splatoon franchise and Kirby.
