In addition to needing to be silent and lethal, Ninjas apparently also need a steady supply of coffee in order to keep up with all the assassination. At least, that’s the concept behind Super Hyperactive Ninja from Spanish developer Grimorio of Games.
Players assume the role of Kohimaru, a young ninja on a mission to recover the precious coffee that the evil shogun stole from his village. In order to complete his mission, our hero will have to finish stages while collecting coffee in order to keep himself awake. The game mixes combat and platforming across 50 stages that can be tackled with a multitude of additional unlockable characters, including guests from other indie titles. A two-player competitive mode is also included.
If this idea seems like a must-have game, you can get a 40 percent discount by pre-purchasing the game before October 11. The game itself will be available for download on October 25.
