Streets of Rage 4 made quite a splash when it launched back in 2020. The game was a reinvigoration of brawler games, boasting a gorgeous aesthetic and tight, frenzied, creative combat. Fans have grown to love developers Dotemu, Lizardcube, and Guard Crush Games’ love letter to the classic SEGA series, but that isn’t stopping them from making an already great game even better. The next time anyone boots the game they’ll find that a new update is available—one that brings with it 300 changes!
The changes are various, including things like new co-op moves and new custom survival mode DLC. For the full patch notes you can click here or the link down below. Streets of Rage 4 is also 50 percent off in the Nintendo Switch eShop for a limited time. That’s a heck of a deal for one excellent game, so we highly recommend taking advantage of the sale. As for those who have the game already, this new update might make enough of a difference that the play experience could be quite a bit different.
