A recent commercial for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has revealed that Nintendo is likely planning to bring a Stage Builder to the game in the upcoming 3.0 update.
In the first few seconds of the advert, we get a look at an updated version of the “Games & More” UI. If you look closely at it, you can make out a new button to the right which seems to say “Stage Builder”:
Both Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U included a stage builder, so it was likely that one would make its way to the Switch entry. Of course, Nintendo has been fairly tight-lipped on what we can expect to see in the upcoming 3.0 Spring Update. You can see the full trailer for yourself below:
