Arby’s has built a reputation for itself on social media as being extremely gamer and anime fan friendly, with their Instagram and Twitter feeds filled with photo after photo of paper art, video game and anime references made from their food packaging (and sometimes incorporating ketchup).
They’re building on that reputation with the announcement of their partnership with SEGA of America to include Sonic the Hedgehog toys in their Game On Kids Meal from December 1 2019 to February 29 2020. Eight disc toys featuring Sonic (two different toys for him), Amy, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, Dr. Eggman (or Dr. Robotnik, if you prefer), and Super Sonic will be available to collect.
In celebration of the partnership, an in-app promotion is running in Sonic Dash: download or update the app and yoi will automatically receive 50 red star rings to unlock characters, items, and more.
