According to a Tweet on the Nintendo of Japan Twitter page, the company is hiring a classified contracted level designer for Splatoon 3. It does not matter what kind of professional experience you have. For more information, check out Nintendo’s website. Don’t get your hopes up America fans, the job is for Kyoto Japan.

According to the image in the tweet, “Hiring a level designer! Do you want to do research? No industry experience necessary. The employment position is a contractor (in Kyoto). For details, please see Nintendo website [recruitment information].”
More details can be found on Nintendo’s jobs page where the position is described in more depth and can be read in both Japanese and English. The position description mentions renovating existing Splatoon stages, adjusting rules of stages, and checking on team battle balance.
