Splatoon 3 has been announced as coming to Nintendo Switch at some point in 2022. The goofy, colorful, and energetic multiplayer shooter is bringing along some exciting new surprises. The game will once again have a new single-player campaign to enjoy. Also included is a new battleground, enemies, and of course new weapons such as the Crab Tank and Zipcaster.
This special weapon turns an Inkling into a shadowy warrior called a Zipcaster. With tentacles that stretch way out and stick to walls, you can zoom around and cause mad chaos! The Crab Tank is a multi-legged vehicle that inhabits a rapid-fire gun and a blast cannon. This powerful vehicle gives the player the advantage of attacking a wide range of the area. It also has the ability to turn into a ball and roll around the area faster than crab walking. The second new special weapon is the Zipcaster which can allow an Inkling to turn into a shadow warrior. For a certain amount of time, the player has the ability to use tentacles to stretch out, stick to walls, and zoom around. Once the ink begins to run out, the player will return to the area that they had first transformed so their identity stays safe.
