It isn’t a particularly robust update, but version 1.11.0 of Animal Crossing: New Horizons does bring a bit of a refresh to the game. For starters, weekly fireworks are back. There are also new season items to buy. Besides that, well… just some pretty stock adjustments and corrections. Nintendo isn’t quite ready to offer the full payoff on the new content it’s bringing to New Horizons, but this is a start, at least. The full patch notes are below:
Ver. 1.11.0 (Released July 28, 2021)
The software has been updated if you see “Ver. 1.11.0” in the upper-right corner of the title screen.
General updates
- Seasonal events have been updated.
- The following content has also been added:
- Additional limited-time seasonal items from Nook Shopping.
Fixed issues
- Adjustments and corrections were made to improve the game play experience.
