Shovel Knight, one of the truly great 2D platformers of the last few years, is currently 20% off in Nintendo’s eShop.
Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove, which contains the original game and its two DLC campaigns, is down to $19.99 from $24.99 in the US. Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment is also separately down to $7.99 from $9.99. Europe also gets to enjoy similar savings of 20% off the normal price of the game.
Originally released in 2014, Shovel Knight is now available on all of Nintendo’s most recent consoles — Wii U, 3DS and Switch. The Treasure Trove edition of the game includes all previously released DLC, including the upcoming Shovel Knight: King of Cards, which is due to release sometime this year.
