Pokémon the anime brought its original run to a conclusion after an epic 25 seasons, rounding out Ash and Pikachu’s story in 2023. Following that, a new anime rose to take its place: Pokémon Horizons. Focused on fresh faces Liko and Roy (and Captain Pikachu), the series is an exclusive on Netflix. It appears that this trend will continue, as The Pokémon Company International has announced that the second season of the series will come to the streaming platform on February 7, 2024.
Pokémon Horizons: Season 2—The Search for Laqua sees the series’ two heroes questing for (you guessed it) the Pokémon Laqua, as well as taking on the gym leaders of Paldea, undergoing Tera Training, and continuing to search for the Six Heroes. Overall, it sounds like Liko and Roy will be quite busy in this second season, but will you be tuning in to watch? Why not let us know what you think of the series thus far down in the comments and on social media.
