Switch may be coming out at the end of this week, but we’re going to have to wait until May 26 to get our hands on Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers. It will be available at a price of $39.99.

Though this is yet another rerelease of the classic Street Fighter title, Capcom is bringing a number of new features to this iteration of the game. Evil Ryu and Violent Ken are new playable characters; while Evil Ryu has a long history in the Street Fighter series, Violent Ken will be making his debut in a Capcom fighting game, having first appeared in the SNK crossover title SvC Chaos and based off of brainwashed Ken from the Street Fighter II animated movie.

Two new modes will be packed into the game, as well. In Way of the Hado mode, you will use motion controls to perform hadokens, while in Dynamic Battle mode you’ll be able to create two character combos and attack opponents from both sides. And if extra content isn’t enough for you, Capcom will also be including a 250-page digital artbook with 1500 illustrations spanning the 30 year history of the Street Fighter franchise.

Will you be picking up Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers this spring? Do any of the new features in particular interest you? Let us know in the comments.
