Project Triforce, who is responsible for shipping a special edition version of Yooka-Laylee on Switch, has seemingly stopped responding to customer queries on when the game will be shipped.

Yooka-Laylee was released on the Switch eShop on December 14, but fans could also pre-order a ‘Collector Boxie’ version of the game, which was being distributed by Project Triforce. However, according to a statement released on Playtonic Games’ website, Project Triforce is no longer responding to customers’ requests about the Collector Boxie.

It appears that they haven’t responded to Playtonic Games either, who make it clear that Project Triforce are first and foremost responsible for the Collector Boxie edition of the game.

Playtonic Games intend to provide an update on this either at the end of the month or in the first week of January 2018.

If you pre-ordered the Collector Boxie edition of Yooka-Laylee then, it may be best to keep one eye on Playtonic Games’ website for an update, as there is no word yet on whether Project Triforce will still be shipping the game.
