Posting this and feeling both hungry and extremely jealous, I bring word that Krispy Kreme in Australia is selling doughnuts emblazoned with Pokémon across the top. Well, Pokémon and a Poké Ball, but why quibble? Sigh. These look delicious, but having the funds and resources to get to Australia, especially with that country’s ongoing lockdowns… well, the possibility of procuring a dozen seems rather bleak.
Here’s a rundown of each doughnut:
- Poké Ball: Original glazed
- Pikachu: Chocolate creme dipped in white truffle
- Bulbasaur: Green apple icing, sand sugar, and a creme swirl
- Charmander: Vanilla custard dipped in white truffle
- Squirtle: Strawberry filled and dipped in white chocolate
These sound so delicious. As for whether or not this collaboration will become available in other regions? There has been no announcement yet, but if we hear word we’ll definitely let you all know. If you happen to be in Australia and would like to order yourself a dozen or three, hit up this link.
