I love and hate Limited Run Games. The outfit is known for taking titles that release digitally across a variety of gaming platforms and producing physical copies of them. It’s a truly wonderful thing for collectors who prefer plastic to ethereal lines of code downloaded to Micro SD cards, but there’s an unfortunate trade-off to make these tangible copies possible: they’re printed in super small batches. Thus the name, “Limited Run” Games, naturally. Fortunately, Switch games are offered in unlimited quantities during the preorder window.
The Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon Collector’s Edition features a poster of original art from Tom duBois (creator of iconic covers for games like Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse).

Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon is the latest title to get the Limited Run treatment, with the opportunity to preorder the title starting on March 15 at 7 AM PST. What’s more, there will also be an even scarcer collector’s edition available, which you can peep above. It will be available for preorder starting March 15, as well, at 7 AM PST and 3 PM PST. It’s usually pretty cutthroat to try and get a hold of a Limited Run Games Collector’s Edition, sadly.
That said, it’s exciting to see a fun game like Curse of the Moon get such red-carpet treatment. Will you be one of the people vying for a copy of that Collector’s Edition? Share with us in the comments and on social media!
