We’re all for game preservation here at Nintendojo, and when we heard that Parasol Stars: The Story of Bubble Bobble III had officially come to Nintendo Switch yesterday, we were tickled pink. Courtesy of ININ Games, this NES classic from 1991 is now available to modern players for the paltry sum of $9.99. Take a look at it in this trailer:
The game revolves around Bubble Bobble heroes Bub and Bob. but in their human forms of Bubby and Bobby. The gameplay here is closer to that in the original Bubble Bobble, but instead of using bubbles, the duo uses parasols. Block attacks and stun foes in either single or two-player modes. There are also save states and rewind for those who are into that sort of thing.
