While the Tony Hawk series, and the skateboarding genre in general, might have faded from the forefront of many gamers’ minds, notable titles do still appear from time to time. Two such examples were OlliOlli and OlliOlli2: Welcome to Olliwood, a pair of sidescrolling, pixel art takes on the popular sport from independent developer Roll 7. Nintendo fans were able to play the first game when it released on Wii U in 2015, however they missed out on the sequel, something that will soon be remedied.
The two games will be released as OlliOlli: Switch Stance, a compilation that features everything from the two games. Altogether, this means there will be 100 levels, 500 challenges, over 120 tricks, and a plethora of additional modes and features. Of course online leaderboards will be included as well.
