Octopath Traveler has been an all-around success; its innovative take on classic JRPG visuals and mechanics has earned it lots of fans around the world. Now those gamers can get an extra dose of the game’s great soundtrack with a new album of remixes, Octopath Traveler Arrangements– Break & Boost.
The “Break” and “Boost” mentioned in the title are meant to describe the two parts of the 12 track album. The “Break” tracks have been rearranged for piano while the “Boost” songs are played by bands with more modern instrumentation.
The six Break songs are:
- The Frostlands
- Primrose, the Dancer
- Determination
- A Settlement in the Red Bluffs
- Orewell, Beneath the Crags
- Decisive Battle II
The six Boost songs are:
- Battle I
- Decisive Battle II
- They Who Govern Reason
- Battle At Journey’s End
- Daughter of the Dark God
- Octopath Traveler Main Theme
So far album has only been announced for Japan, where is will retail for around 3000 yen when it releases sometime in 2019.
