It’s interesting timing given Sony just announced the expansion of its PlayStation Plus service, which will undergo a massive overhaul that will bring hundreds of games across all four previous PlayStation consoles to subscribers. Although Nintendo has recently bumped up its offerings of classics games via the NSO + Expansion Pack tier of its online service, the gap has greatly widened between what competitors like Sony and Microsoft are offering.
