Nintendo Labo is a great piece of kit that allows gamers to have fun making interactive creations all out of cardboard. Now, to give younger fans a chance to experiment with it, Nintendo has announced that it will be hosting a series of workshops across the US to encourage kids to “let their DIY talents run wild“.
Starting in September, Nintendo is putting on hour-long workshops aimed at 9-12 year olds which will offer interactive activities with the Nintendo Labo: Variety Kit. There will naturally be “lab assistants” on hand to help attendees and admission is free of charge.
The workshops will be coming to the following locations:
- Phoenix, Arizona
- Knoxville, Tennessee
- Orange County, California
- Minneapolis, Minnesota
- Baltimore, Maryland
- Charlotte, North Carolina
- Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
- Savannah, Georgia
- Denver, Colorado
- Seattle, Washington
More information on the workshops, including how to register, can be found here.
Is a workshop going to be put on in your area and, if so, will you be going? Let us know in the comments.
