Released on various other platforms over the past couple of years, Vampire Survivors has been a surprise hit everywhere the game has been launched. A roguelite where players must survive 30-minute waves of incoming enemies. What makes this game so engaging is how players attack, which is by doing nothing. Instead, the player character automatically attacks in various intervals of time. Before we elaborate further, see it in action right here:
At the start of each round, players select from various characters and attacks to equip as they head into battle, and then continue to unlock more attacks as a match progresses. These runs can become epic, with the character eventually being surrounded by a swarm of attacks obliterating swaths of enemies every second or so. The game is a blast and fans have a legitimate winner to look forward to, so long as the port to Switch holds up well.
The fun comes to Switch starting August 17 and will also feature four-player couch co-op. Are you interested in playing Vampire Survivors? Let us know down below and online!
