It’s been rumored for a while now that Nintendo would be introducing new gaming platforms to its Nintendo Switch Online service, and today it was revealed which ones it will be. Nintendo 64 and SEGA Genesis titles will be joining NSO late in October. Here are all of the games slated to be playable:

Launch Lineup of Nintendo 64 Games

  • Super Mario 64
  • The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
  • Mario Kart 64
  • Star Fox 64
  • Sin and Punishment
  • Dr. Mario 64
  • Mario Tennis 64
  • WinBack
  • Yoshi’s Story

Launch Lineup of SEGA Genesis Games

  • Sonic the Hedgehog 2
  • Streets of Rage 2
  • Ecco the Dolphin
  • Castlevania: Bloodlines
  • Contra: Hard Corps
  • Dr. Robotnik’s Mean Bean Machine
  • Golden Axe
  • Gunstar Heroes
  • M.U.S.H.A.
  • Phantasy Star IV
  • Ristar
  • Shining Force
  • Shinobi III: Return of the Ninja Master
  • Strider

Nintendo also shared this list of upcoming N64 titles:

Upcoming Nintendo 64 Games (With More To Come!)

  • Banjo-Kazooie
  • Pokémon Snap
  • The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask
  • Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards
  • Mario Golf
  • Paper Mario
  • F-Zero X

Of extra interest to many a Nintendo fan will be the first game listed: Banjo-Kazooie. With the company having been purchased by Microsoft many years ago, it seemed unlikely that fans would ever be able to play Banjo-Kazooie on Nintendo hardware ever again. However, given the chummy relationship between Microsoft and Nintendo of late, with several Xbox-exclusive games now available on Switch, it makes sense that the bear and bird duo would finally reappear.

All of this good news is being tempered somewhat by word that fans will have to upgrade to the new Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription tier in order to partake. Nintendo hasn’t revealed pricing just yet, or whether or not there are other benefits to upgrading beyond access to these two consoles. That said, to help take the sting off a bit, bask in the wireless N64 and Genesis controllers that will be available for purchase by NSO subscribers:

Once pricing and a firm launch date or announced, we’ll be sure to share it all with you.
