Nintendo keeps amping up the revelry for Mario’s 35th anniversary this year, releasing product collaborations with some of the biggest brands across various industries. We can add “shoes” to that list, as Nintendo and Puma have collaborated to release a special pair of sneakers for this milestone.
The RS-Dreamer Super Mario 64 Basketball Shoes went up for sale late last week and sold out extremely fast (some Reddit users reported seeing the shoes sell out within two minutes). As of the time of writing, all sizes are sold out except toddler sizes. Aside from the fact that limited Nintendo collaborations always sell like hotcakes, it’s easy to see why these got scooped up: the shoes feature Mario’s red and blue color scheme, with official Super Mario 64 art on the inside soles of the shoes, as well as a single Super Star on the back of each shoe. The tongue features the Super Mario 64 logo.

It’s not clear whether these will be restocked or if you’ll have to keep your eyes on reseller markets to try and get yourself a pair.
