While EA has yet to deliver a Madden game to Switch, players have still been able get a taste of American-style football thanks to Mutant Football League, a slightly more monstrous take on the popular sport. While the NFL is preparing for the upcoming Super Bowl, MFL will soon be celebrating its big game, the Super Mayhem Bowl, and the game will be kicking things off with a DLC pack adding new teams and other features.
The LA Power Pack mirrors recent changes to the NFL by adding two new teams from “Los Scandalous:” the Damned and the Volts. Both teams will play in the new Shake N Bake Arena, complete with California appropriate fault lines, and have access to new Cyborg Mutant players, as well.
As for the big game, which will see the newly added Damned facing off against the frequently favorited Nuked London Hatriots, simulations show the Hatriots taking it in a close match. The game’s DLC pack is now available for $1.99. Newcomers to the game can get in on the action at a lower price thanks to a 35 percent discount that is good through February 5.
