The hype is building fast around Detective Pikachu, which is shaping up to be one of the most unusual and intriguing Pokémon titles (and Nintendo games in general) to date.
While Ryan Reynolds will be voicing Pikachu in the Detective Pikachu movie, he won’t be voicing the character in the upcoming game. However, Pikachu still has a ton of personality, which is showcased in the latest trailer for the game:
Detective Pikachu looks to be a wisecracking, tough cookie, and I personally can’t wait to see what this game has in store. If you’re also looking forward to Detective Pikachu, the wait is almost over – it hits store shelves March 23! (Along with its fantastic accompanying amiibo!)
