Collectors, rejoice! On January 26, the New 2DS XL Pikachu Edition is launching in North America for $159.99. It’s also releasing on the same day in PAL regions.
The announcement was made by Nintendo at the same time that it delivered the other major Pikachu-centric news that Detective Pikachu will be launching March 23 2018.
It’s absolutely adorable and easy to see why the system sold out in Japan. So prepare to stand in line and do whatever you have to do to get your hands on this one before it’s gone! Let us know in the comments if you’re going to try and pick it up on January 26.
