For a long time, Nintendo systems didn’t get too much attention from the usual, annualized sports series that are released every fall. That fortune started to change with the release of Switch and one of the most consistent contributors to that has been the NBA 2K series, which will soon see its third entry on Nintendo Switch.

NBA 2K20 will launch September 6 and be available in three different versions: Standard, Digital Deluxe, and Legend. Preordering the base game will net players a variety of in-game currency, stat points, and other goodies, however those rewards will be much larger for those opting to purchase the more expensive versions. The cover athletes will also be different as Anthony Davis will be featured on the Standard and Deluxe versions, while Dwayne Wade will grace the Legend Edition of the game.

The Standard game will cost the similarly standard $59.99 while the Deluxe and Legend editions will go for $79.99 and $99.99 respectively. It’s unclear if the unskippable advertisements recently put into NBA 2K19 will carry over into this new game, as well.
