Well, this was unexpected: a spooky Pokémon Legends: Arceus trailer! Dubbed as “mysterious” but also rather chilling for a franchise known to be cherry and bright, this 2-minute teaser is filmed from a first-person perspective by an unknown person making his way through the Hisui Region. Hisui is where Pokémon Legends takes place and is later known as Sinnoh. The footage is purported to have come from Canalave Library and was found by a researcher. At the very end, it seems quite evident that the person filming is attacked—but by whom? Or what? Brrrrrrrrrrrr! Yes, a mystery is afoot and The Pokémon Company encourages fans to contribute their own theories about what happened after carefully observing the footage. What do you think this all means?
