Mice have long proven a popular subject of scientific testing, so why not continue that tradition in video game form? Indie studio Crunching Koalas is taking this concept to heart with their latest puzzle game, MouseCraft.
In the game, you have to guide your test mice across hazard-filled 2D stages through the strategic placement of Tetris-like blocks. Of course, this might not be in the name of particularly serious research, as the game is framed as being the research of Dr. Schrodinger, a cat whose science seems to fall more on the “Mad” side of the spectrum.
MouseCraft will be available for download on Switch on February 27 for $9.99.
