Splatoon 2 is about a year and a half old at this point, but it hasn’t stopped Nintendo from continuing to support the title with new content. A big tournament recently wrapped up in Japan and they’re celebrating in-game with a collection of blasts from the past.
Ten Weapons originally released in the original Splatoon will be coming back. They include:
- Heavy Splatling Remix
- Sploosh-o-matic 7
- Fresh Squiffer
- Cherry H-3 Nozzlenose
- N-ZAP ‘83
- Soda Slosher
- Aerospray PG
- Bamboozler 14 Mk III
- Permanent Inkbrush
- Grim Range Blaster
Furthermore, it’s been confirmed that this isn’t the last wave of content for Splatoon 2. In fact, not only will more goodies be coming in the future, but another free demo event has been scheduled for March 26 just in case there are still gamers out there who haven’t made the inky plunge yet.
