Amiibo collectors that missed out on the Toys “R” Us exclusive Mega Yarn Yoshi release this holiday season will have another shot at adding the figure to their collection. The retail chain announced today that a limited supply of the oversized plush will be available on March 20. The Amiibo will only be available in stores, not online. Presumably, it will still retail for $39.99.
Since Mega Yarn Yoshi is a little heavier on the wallet (not to mention shelf space), some Amiibo collectors might be more interested in a cheaper alternative. Amazon has been selling several Amiibo for less than MSRP, and there are quite a few strong deals to be found right now. The latest figure to join the discounted ranks is Lucas. The retailer currently has the figure in stock for $8.07. That’s a total steal for those looking to add the star of Mother 3 to their collections!
