Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics was a surprise announcement during last month’s (equally surprising) Nintendo Direct Mini broadcast. It’s an update of Clubhouse Games on Nintendo DS from back in 2006. This iteration is coming packed with 11 more games to play than the original, and in a pleasing twist, everyone can also expect an appearance from the Mario family of characters!
Some of your favorites from the Mushroom Kingdom make an appearance with special Mario themed card decks in #ClubhouseGames: 51 Worldwide Classics! Unlock these decks for use in favorites like Texas Hold’em, Matching, Speed, and more.https://t.co/y1PO1QJoNi pic.twitter.com/5VgUEqofEv

As the video shows, players will be able to unlock special decks of cards emblazoned with Mario and company on them. They can be utilized in-game with a number of different games like Speed, Matching, and so on. It would seem that the special decks need to be unlocked, but with Clubhouse Games looking pretty fun so far, that likely won’t be a problem. The game launches on June 5.
