Wales Interactive has announced that Late Shift, its “high stakes FMV crime thriller,” is coming to Nintendo Switch on April 26.
The game was shot in full HD and presents a cinematic experience that blurs the line between film, games, and interactive storytelling. Last Shift’s story follows Matt, a mathematics student that is forced into robbing a lucrative auction house in London and is left fighting to prove his innocence.
Your choices, from beginning to end, will determine the story’s outcome and which of seven possible endings you’ll wind up with. The story was written by the author of the 2009 Sherlock Holmes film and offers 180 decision points in this choose-your-own-adventure, live-action crime thriller.
