Square Enix is no stranger to music games and Nintendo consoles—many fans have fond memories of Theatrhythm Final Fantasy on 3DS, after all. While there’s no word of a sequel to that beloved series, word has come of a new action-rhythm game hitting Switch. World, meet Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory!
So far 140 songs have been confirmed, with tunes coming from both the Kingdom Hearts series as well as various Disney properties. Gameplay seems to revolve around timed button presses while characters run along a track, but not much is known beyond that. There will be an online battle mode along with a handful of other modes, too. Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory launches this year.
