Here comes the latest and the greatest in the world of Nintendo in this week’s Industry Chatter– your one-stop shop for industry-related news. And what a doozy we’ve got for you tonight.
Zelda Timeline– Revealed!!
Yes, boys and girls, they’re finally gonna do it on Wednesday. Nintendo is going to reveal the official Zelda Timeline which has been speculated on for so many years. Hyrule Historia will be released on Wednesday in Japan and will be complete with the official timeline. Expect a storm of nitpicking and annoyance should the timeline not go according to whatever people think it shall go. This is HUGE news for any Legend of Zelda nerd out there who have always speculated what the timeline was.
Classy? We think so, too.
Our friends at Zelda Dungeon revealed the translation of the table of contents. Check it out below:

Pokémon? In MY Tecmo Koei Game?!
It’s more likely than you think. Actually, it’s going to happen. Nintendo is teaming up with Tecmo Koei to make a crossover between Pokémon and Nobunaga’s Ambition. Yes, this is actually happening. The game will consist of a warrior bonding with a Pokemon and battling to help unify Japan. If there’s anything epically weirder than this, then I don’t know what it is. Samurai and Pokémon? It’s like nuts and gum– together at last. And this will be coming out for the DS, though there’s no set date just yet. Consider me sold!
