Little Kitty, Big City, a peacefully anarchic cat game being developed by Double Dagger Studio, received a release date today during Nintendo’s Indie World Showcase. It is set to release on May 9 on Switch.
In a trailer, fans got a chance to see a bit more of what Little Kitty, Big City will entail. Roaming around the stylized city that the game takes place in, the trailer showcases some of the cat antics that players will get to experience. Some notable bits of the trailer include being able to have dialogues with various animals in the world, as well as having the ability to customize your cat, showing various hats that they can wear.
However players will be able to do more than just talk and be cute. Another aspect of Little Kitty, Big City that was showcased is very reminiscent of games like Untitled Goose Game, where players can just let out their curious cat instincts and cause a bit of chaos around the humans in the world.
Preorders for the game are already live on the eShop on Nintendo Switch. We will keep you updated and have more news coming in regards to today’s Indie World Showcase.
