If there are two things small, independent developers seem to love, it’s creating unique, new experiences and making games for Nintendo Switch. For developer and artist Jason Roberts, this sentiment seems to ring true as his game, Gorogoa, will be launching on Switch very soon!
Gorogoa is an interesting looking puzzle game featuring thousands of hand drawn panels that do more than just sit around and look pretty. Gameplay revolves around moving, examining, and manipulating the images in order to solve puzzles spread across them. The concept is somewhat hard to explain in words, but this newly released trailer seems to do a pretty good job of showing it off.
Gorogoa is being published by Annapurina Interactive and will release on Switch on December 14.

On one hand, I am intrigued. On the other hand, if it’s just essentially glorified tile slide puzzles, count me right out.
This is one of those cases where just because your trailer is beautiful, doesn’t mean it’s useful.
