The Pearl and Marina amiibo release this week and they’ve got a couple of cool functionalities when used in Splatoon 2.
Each figure will provide your squid with a complete set of gear based on that respective character’s outfit from the Octo Expansion which was released last month. They will also unlock the ability to take photos with Pearl and Marina in either their regular clothes or their outfits from the Octo Expansion, and players can take photos with the pair on stage during Splatfest events.
In addition, a Pearl and Marina mode will also be added to the Squid Beatz 2 rhythm game.
