GameStop’s bread and butter is in the buying and selling of games and consoles, and many of its patrons enjoy being able to purchase a used game or console and return it within seven days if it’s not to their liking.
It appears that the company is about to launch a new service revolving around its used games inventory. An ad has been shared online that shows details of GameStop’s new Power Pass. By purchasing the $60 pass, customers will receive six months of unlimited pre-owned game rentals, with the ability to swap out games as often as one wants. Customers will then be able to keep the last game they rent at the end of the six month period.
According to the flyer, this even includes pre-owned new releases, not just older games.
Sign-ups begin November 19. Are you interested in the Power Pass rental program? Let us know in the comments.
