Update: As promised, the Friends of Nintendo Humble Bundle has been updated with more titles. While the $1 and $13 tiers remain unchanged, spending the average amount (currently at $9.76) or more will net you three additional games: Runbow and Swords & Soldiers II for Wii U, and Nano Assault EX for 3DS. So, if you already purchased the bundle, don’t forget to download these games, as well!
For those yet to buy in, the offer is still good for a little over six more days, as of the time of this update. If you want to support a good charity (along with some great indie developers) while also growing your eShop library, it’s best not to procrastinate!
Original Story 04.26.2016: Humble Bundle has earned the respect of many a gamer by giving them an opportunity to pick up lots of games for potentially steep discounts, while also supporting charities. The most recent bundle is aimed squarely at Nintendo fans and includes a plethora of games– many very well received– for Wii U and 3DS.
For the uninitiated, Humble Bundle lets you pay your own price, and the more you give, the more you receive. With this Bundle, $1.00 will get you Retro City Rampage for 3DS, and Affordable Space Adventures for Wii U and Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse for Wii U or 3DS. Paying more than $9.76 sweetens the deal with a Retro City Rampage 3DS theme, Freedom Planet for Wii U, Rhythm Thief & The Emperor’s Treasure for 3DS, and Citizens of Earth for either system. The top tier comes in at $13.00 and adds some AAA titles to the mix, Street Fighter IV for 3DS and Darksiders II for Wii U. Lastly, in keeping with Humble Bundle tradition, more titles will be added to the mix throughout the offer.
Of course, as with every Humble Bundle, this is a limited time offer that will, in this case, expire in 13 days, so if you’re interested you’ll want to decide for sure sooner rather than later.

I’ve been loving this bundle. Just finished Affordable Space Adventure, which was excellent, and I’m looking forward to diving into the rest as time frees up. Definitely worth the $13 price tag for the full collection.
